This dashboard helps grant funders and recipients to track their grant progress at a glance. It also serves as an entry point into the grant, surfacing key data and highlighting any actions needed.

This project was a complete redesign of the existing performance plan, including updating terminology to match industry standards, and adding icons to help users visually distinguish elements.

This project introduces budget versioning to the product, including a way to compare redline changes between versions (pictured). Versions can be submitted for review and then promoted. There is also a version history.

This project redesigned our limited workflow engine to be highly configurable with actions, automations, and group assignees. It also included a visual diagram for users to easily view and manage their workflow.

For many years, our grant budget only displayed planned budget amounts, not actual expenses. I introduced Actual and Remaining columns a few years ago, so that users could see their budget progress without having to run a separate report. This project enhances the budget further, allowing users to visually see progress against planned budget and the impact that pending expenses and payments will have on their overall budget.
